CasePredict Privacy Policy

CasePredict is operated by US Legal Data (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how CasePredict handles information when you use the mobile application.

1. No Account Required

CasePredict does not require users to create an account, log in, or provide a name, email address, phone number, mailing address, or other account-identifying information.

2. Information You Enter Into the App

CasePredict allows users to input case-related variables, such as accident type, venue, injuries, treatment information, medical bills, property damage, and other case factors. These inputs are used to generate a machine-learning-backed case value prediction.

Users should not enter client names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical record numbers, claim numbers, or other personally identifying information into the app.

3. Prediction Processing

CasePredict requires an internet connection because predictions are generated using a server-hosted machine learning model.

When a user submits case factors for prediction, the app transmits those inputs to our prediction server solely to calculate and return the prediction result. We do not require login credentials, and we do not use these inputs to identify individual users.

4. Data Storage

CasePredict does not store user-submitted case inputs in the mobile app.

US Legal Data does not sell, rent, or share user-submitted case inputs with advertisers or data brokers.

If temporary technical logs are generated by our hosting provider or server infrastructure, those logs are used only for security, debugging, reliability, and app functionality purposes. We do not use technical logs to identify users or build user profiles.

5. Analytics and Tracking

CasePredict does not use third-party advertising trackers.

CasePredict does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

CasePredict does not display personalized advertising.

6. Third-Party Services

CasePredict uses server infrastructure to process prediction requests. These services are used only to provide app functionality, maintain reliability, and support technical operations.

7. Children’s Privacy

CasePredict is intended for use by legal professionals and other adult users. The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information transmitted to our prediction server. However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
